Inside Hunt County Jail
Woman Set Free is now serving inside the walls of Hunt County Jail in Greenville, Texas. We are blessed to be allowed inside the walls and serve the female inmates who reside there. We conduct Woman Set Free church services the last Thursday of every month. Our team is thrilled to be able to teach God’s Word and share Christ’s love with the women there.
Hunt County Jail has recently opened its doors for Woman Set Free to host a bi-monthly book club, called REFLECTIONS. Interested women are provided a book by a Christian author and enjoy group time, where one or two assigned chapters are discussed and applied to a life lived for Christ.
Hunt County Jail has also welcomed THE WELL on a bi-monthly basis. At the same time the Reflections book club is meeting, some of our Woman Set Free team members are training women who are soon to be released. These women who attend THE WELL have an opportunity to meet with our team members for four 90 minute sessions of instruction that will offer them skills and resources for living in an honest and respectable way once released from prison.
Inside Rockwall County Jail!
Our Woman Set Free team is blessed to enter Rockwall County Jail on scheduled Sunday mornings a year to conduct Woman Set Free church, as we rotate with other local Christian organizations in offering a time of Bible teaching and discussion with female inmates who reside there. This always proves to be a faith-building time of encouragement for those who attend.
Woman Set Free is blessed to enter into Rockwall County Jail with our bi-monthly WELL and REFLECTIONS programs. We are excited to see how God will use these programs to bring hope and changed lives to women behind bars in this jail.
Bless the Gaurds!
Guards provide a great support to the WSF ministry by helping jail residents get to and from each WSF worship service in a timely manner. God blesses the guards for the assistance they provide, and Women Set Free blesses them from time to time with the delivery of homemade cookies. Cookies were passed out recently to the guards for Bless the Guards Day thanks to our Good Neighbors Yum, yum!
Thank You, Neighbor!

The team of Woman Set Free has been blessed to receive two much needed vans that serve our ministry well. God abundantly answered our prayers and moved on two different donor’s hearts to donate our beautiful vans. How grateful we are for this provision that allows our team to travel together as we serve!
